AUTOMATION TEST ENGINEER

ABOUT THE JOB

  • We are looking for a Senior Automation Test Engineer to create and manage an automation framework for the Onix Work platform, including web and mobile applications. Your goal is to develop this framework from scratch, optimizing testing processes, improving quality, and minimizing regression testing efforts.

WE ARE LOOKING FOR A PERSON, WHO WILL​​​

  • Design and implement a scalable automation test framework. 

  • Integrate tests into Azure DevOps for CI/CD pipelines. 

  • Create reusable, independent test scripts for: 

  • Regression testing per release 

  • Functional testing per sprint 

  • Develop and maintain test scripts for: 

  • Web applications 

  • Windows applications 

  • Android and iOS mobile applications 

  • Utilize data-driven testing with external data sources. 

  • Work with cross-functional teams to ensure software quality. 

  • Identify, report, and help resolve software defects. 

  • Stay updated on industry best practices. 

  • Provide support and documentation.​

A POTENTIAL CANDIDATE WILL HAVE​

  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, software engineering, or equivalent experience. 

  • 3+ years of experience with Selenium and automation testing. 

  • Experience in: 

  • Performance testing 

  • API testing 

  • Building and maintaining test automation frameworks 

  • C# and/or Java programming 

  • SQL with MS SQL Server 

  • Azure DevOps and Azure DevOps Test automation with pipeline integration. 

  • Strong understanding of web technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript). 

  • Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills. 

  • Effective communication and teamwork abilities. 

  • Proficient in debugging and troubleshooting test failures. 

  • Knowledge of security testing and mobile app development are a plus. 

  • Relevant certifications (e.g., ISTQB, Selenium) are a plus.
