Restaff work model is simple and flexible when it comes to scaling the development resources. We help clients to respond to their software development demands accordingly. Clients will receive flexibility when adding more resources as required without the need to invest in additional fixed costs and during off-peak periods, the client has the ability to scale down their team. This flexibility allows clients to match their engineering input to their delivery capability for maximized company profits.
The client's onsite and offshore team members are key decision-makers at all levels when it comes to having an effective and efficient software development processes. LANGUAGE
English is a universal language and is spoken by around 400 million people across the globe. Being able to speak English is not just about being able to communicate with native English speakers, it is the most common second language in the world.
According to EF Education, Vietnam ranks 29th on EF Education First’s English Proficiency Index overall, ranking at 5th place among Asian countries. Educational institutions in Vietnam have also been implementing teaching English as a second language on campus (rather than just a foreign language). Thus, this certainly points towards how the ability to understand the rest of the world that expresses themselves in English is truly valuable skill.
At Restaff, we encourage and offer all team members to take continuous English education with multiple tiered curriculums at a free of charge. Hence, with the combinations of cultural understanding, business expertise, and native speakers we try to help clients to navigate the many nuisances of working with multilingual team members.
