  • Collaborate with technical owners and domain experts to understand business objectives and industry needs to integrate this knowledge into design solutions.

  • Create interactive prototypes, personas, and mockups to communicate design ideas effectively and gather feedback from different stakeholders, technical owners, and the development team.

  • Collaborate with developers to ensure quality and design consistency of the final product, which includes layout, color schemes, typography, and iconography to enhance user experience.

  • Have at least 5 years of experience as UX/UI designer for web applications.

  • Experienced in designing clear and creative artifacts (wireframes, mockups, and prototypes).

  • Excellent knowledge of design tools such as Figma, including the use of libraries and components.

  • Excellent problem-solving, demonstration, and collaboration skills.

  • Fluency in both written and verbal English communication is a must.

  • Good understanding of the software development process.

  • A curious and open mind: you see both the big picture as well the small details, and you enjoy connecting the dots and finding relationships within complexities.

Good to have:

  • Knowledge of the oil/gas field.

  • Experience in HTML, CSS, JavaScript is an advantage.

  • Experienced with an integrated solution, SDK.

  • Experienced in Agile/Scrum.

  • Experienced in European companies.
