WE ARE LOOKING FOR A PERSON, WHO CAN

 

  • Effectively manage the end-to-end recruitment process including the integration of new hires.

  • Ensure the in-time onboarding of needed positions, particularly Technical Lead and higher tech positions following BOD’s business plan.

  • Parse specialized skills and qualifications to screen IT resumes.

  • Conduct pre-technical interviews for qualified candidates and deliver proper advice and consults to Team Leaders for better hiring qualities.

  • Leverage all hiring resources (both internals, externals) to enhance the talent pool and its quality proactively and effciently.

  • Maintain and update the company’s recruitment database.

  • Work with line managers and internal teams to guarantee the fluency of recruitment system.

  • Be one of the Company’s Ambassadors, you will be eager to give hands to develop Company Employment Branding through creative and inspired activities on company’s social media channels such as Facebook, LinkedIn, etc and website.

A POTENTIAL CANDIDATE WILL HAVE 

  • Bachelor’s Degree.

  • At least 4 years of experience in the IT industry’s recruitment.

  • Open-minded to keep learning new things, self-driven, and self-motivated, have a strong passion for IT recruitment career. 

  • Must have good knowledge of programming languages in general.

  • Collaborative network with the market workforce.

  • A proven track record in successful recruiting of high levels, with high quality and quantity.

  • The proper mindset of work manners, and human behaviours.

  • Be comfortable and flexible in a fast-paced and growing environment where priorities can change.

  • Be able to work both in a team and individually, effectively and proactively.

  • Must have a good command of both verbal and written English.
