WE ARE LOOKING FOR A PERSON, WHO WILL
-
Optimize and improve the performance of existing features and functionalities.

Stay updated on industry best practices, new technologies, and trends to continuously enhance skills and contribute innovative ideas to the team.

Collaborate with UX/UI designers to implement responsive and user-friendly interfaces.
-
Troubleshoot and debug issues, ensuring the application's reliability and performance.
-
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and maintain our web application using Ruby on Rails for the backend.

Take ownership of the full software development lifecycle, including requirements gathering, architecture, coding, testing, deployment, and maintenance.
A POTENTIAL CANDIDATE WILL HAVE
Requirements:
-
3-4 years of professional experience in Ruby on Rails development.

Proficiency in frontend technologies
-
Strong understanding of JavaScript, HTML, and CSS for frontend development.

Experience with relational databases, particularly PostgreSQL.

Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.

Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
-
Familiarity with version control systems, such as Git.
-
Experience with testing frameworks and practices.
-
English proficiency at least at an intermediate level.
Bonus Skills:
-
Knowledge of AngularJS for frontend development (Experience with ReactJS is a plus).

Previous experience in transitioning from one frontend technology to another in a production environment.

We are open to considering candidates who may not have AngularJS experience but possess strong frontend development skills and a willingness to learn and work with AngularJS.

Knowing ReactJS is a plus because we're planning to adopt ReactJS in the future. The transition will be gradual, working in parallel with AngularJS.
