WE ARE LOOKING FOR A PERSON, WHO WILL

  • Take care of format & wording of recruitment content, including social media, intranet, internal group chats, etc. 

  • Take care of the career page and schedule the content to post 

  • Take care of asking for quotations and proposals from recruitment vendors, headhunters, recruitment platforms, etc. Follow the credits and contracts/deals expiration. 

  • Check and try the new recruitment platforms and feedback. 

  • Check and join the new communities of potential candidates for potential recruitment channels. 

  • Check the events related to Recruitment, HR, Hiring, and Tech Trends in HCMC for participation, networking, and finding potential candidates. 

  • Take care of employer portfolio to send candidates. 

  • Take care of branding activities: internal interviews, newsletter, blogs by guidance to improve the employer branding. 

  • Take care of Mailchimp or newsletter to candidates in the database.  

  • Import CV to ATS when required 

  • Support for reports and analysis 

  • Assist the process of checking/surveying the satisfaction rate of team leaders & candidates for the recruitment process & improvement 

  • Help to arrange interviews when required. 

  • Learn to be the recruiter base on the needs 

Other tasks based on workflow: 

  • Take care of images, content for internal engagement, and activities 

  • Support the Peoples' head for other clean-up tasks, re-organizing and team development, and documentation. 

  • Additional jobs based on the business needs 

A POTENTIAL CANDIDATE’S CRITERIA

  • Can be fresher or have 1-2 years of experience. 

  • Proficient in the use of social media and job boards. 

  • Critical thinking and problem-solving skills. 

  • Good skills in interpersonal, presentation, communication, negotiation, persuasion, work management, analysis, assessment. 

  • Working knowledge of graphic designing and basic video editing skills a plus. 

  • Detailed-oriented, people-centric mindset 

  • Team player. 

  • Having interest in Branding, Human Resource and Recruitment.
