WE ARE LOOKING FOR A PERSON, WHO WILL​

  • Become familiar with and understand deeply Onix products.

  • Together with the product team, educate Onix customers about our product features and their benefits.

  • You are the frontline hero in supporting our customers when they have struggles in using Onix products.

  • Create product content (both copywriting and content writing) such as knowledge bases, user guide and manual, release notes, important notices, tips and tricks in using Onix products.

  • These product content can be in many formats: articles, posts, videos, websites, pictures, and emails.

  • Explore new ways to monitor, grow, and engage customers to our community by providing them with regular, helpful content that’s aligned with their needs and interests.

  • Build and manage the company’s social media profiles and presence, including websites, Onix Community, YouTube, Facebook, and LinkedIn.

  • Manage various product marketing and email campaigns, including the template designs, calls-to-action, and content used in our email sends. Track their success and insights to deliver suitable strategies.

  • Track, measure, and analyze all initiatives to report on social media ROI.

  • Manage and improve organic search engine performance and goal-setting based on clickthrough rates, traffic, and conversions.

A POTENTIAL CANDIDATE WILL HAVE

  • Prior experience in copywriting with exceptional English writing skills, as well as the ability to adopt the style, tone, and voice of our business' various types of content.

  • Outstanding verbal English communication to meet and support customers.

  • A passion and understanding of the software development industry.

  • Proficiency in content management systems (HubSpot). You will be expected to build community pages, emails, content, and optimize them to engage customers.

  • Knowledge of analytical software and digital marketing software to track and monitor insights of Onix social channels.

  • Has an eye of art, able to deliver graphic designs for the content.

  • Experience and skills in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator).

  • Basic experience in video editing skill.
