  • Onix development team does agile software development, 2 weeks sprint, seasonal release.

  • Onix has a technical support team, that works directly with the end-user on specific case requirements.

  • This position is prioritizing more platform development and technical support, over product development.

  • For Platform Development:

    • Deployment, monitoring, and control of the production environment.

    • Analysis and Design the technical solution for different platform and infrastructure features.

    • Develop Proof of Concept for different technical challenges and opportunities.

    • Develop feature for data analysis and productivity tools for Onix staff.

  • For Technical Support:

    • Do technical support for different customers on processing data and API integration.

    • Develop the tools/process to handling the technical case more effectively.

    • Build the process / routine documentation for Technical Services department

  • For Product Development:

    • Participate in the Product Backlog Refinement meeting to contribute to developing the Product Backlog. Communicate the business domain, logical, exceptional rule, and behavior of the platform.

    • Self-organize and make the progress transparency, participate in the Sprint Planning meeting and Release planning meeting to plan with the team. Work with your colleagues, including Product Specialists, Developers, QCs, Team leaders on a daily sprint.

    • Develop features and enhancements on existing products based on refined product backlog items.



  • Good professional English skills.

  • Strong experience with MS SQL and ADO.NET.

  • Strong experience with database design, database data migration.

  • Strong experience with .NET Framework to .NET 7 and above.

  • Experience with HTML, CSS, and modern Javascript framework.

  • Our platform is built on top of Azure, so Azure knowledge and experience is a plus.

  • Efficient troubleshooting skills and problem-solving skills.

  • A ruthless commitment to testing the code you have written.



  • Experienced and motivated to build a technical support function in a software product company.

  • Xamarin and WPF for mobile app and window app.

  • DevOps, CI/CD, pipeline as code. We use Azure DevOps Pipeline.

  • Learning skills: quickly master complicated information and technical skills in a short time.

  • Excellent communication skills using English and Video conferences.

  • Have the ability to quickly master complicated technical things.
