  • Agile Software Development: The Onix development team follows a two-week sprint cycle for seasonal releases. Additionally, Kanban is used for technical support purposes.

  • Technical Consultant Service: Collaborate with the Professional Service consultant department to provide technical solutions to customers. This position primarily focuses on technical consultant projects rather than product development.

  • Technical Support: 

    • Assist various customers with data processing and API integration technical support.

    • Develop effective tools/processes to handle technical cases efficiently.

    • Create and maintain process/routine documentation for the Professional Service department.

  • Product Development: 

    • Actively participate in Product Backlog Refinement meetings to contribute to the development of the Product Backlog. Communicate the business domain, logic, exceptional rules, and platform behavior.

    • Work collaboratively with Product Specialists, Developers, QCs, and Team Leaders during daily sprints, Sprint Planning meetings, and Release Planning meetings to ensure progress transparency and successful planning.

    • Implement new features and enhancements for existing products based on refined product backlog items.



  • Proficient in Professional English communication.

  • Strong expertise in MS SQL and ADO.NET.

  • Extensive experience in database design and data migration.

  • Proficient in .NET Framework, including versions from .NET 7 and above.

  • Familiarity with HTML, CSS, and modern JavaScript frameworks.

  • Knowledge and experience with Azure are a plus, as our platform is built on top of it.

  • Efficient troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.

  • Demonstrated commitment to rigorous code testing.



  • Experience and motivation in establishing a technical support function within a software product company.

  • Proficiency in DevOps, CI/CD, and pipeline-as-code practices. Familiarity with Azure DevOps Pipeline is preferred.

  • Strong learning agility: the ability to rapidly grasp complex information and technical skills within a short timeframe.

  • Effective communication skills in English, including proficiency in conducting video conferences.

  • Quick adaptability to master complex technical concepts and tasks.
