  • Provide day-to-day support to ensure the smooth running of the computers, network devices, servers, printers…

  • Set up and maintenance network to ensure network availability to all team.

  • Troubleshoot, resolve hardware, software, server/network problems .

  • Tracking and managing server room, PCs, meeting room devices.

  • Maintain inventory of all equipment, software and software licenses.

  • Support Development team to design and optimize the server/network security.

  • Work with multiple teams and departments and need to be able to communicate and take ownership to ensure tasks are completed appropriately and on time.

  • Coordinate with third parties whenever necessary to solve technical issues and purchase if needs.

  • Implement and document workflow to manage IT infrastructure.

  • Able to provide standby after office hours on a roster basis.

  • Have constant curiosity, be creative, responsible, and willing to learn new things.

  • Speak up when solutions are not ideal and communicate suggested solutions to cross-functional pairs.  

  • A true team player with effective communication and interpersonal skills. 


​Must have:

  • BSc/BA in IT, Computer Science or relevant field.

  • 1-year to 2-year proven experience as a help desk technician or other customer support role.

  • Have knowledge and operation of Office 365 Services.

  • Good understanding of computer systems, mobile devices and other tech products.

  • Ability to monitor networks & systems properly.

  • Ability to diagnose and resolve basic technical issues.

  • Excellent communication skills.

  • Customer-oriented and cool-tempered.

Nice to have:

  • The capacity to clearly explain a technical problem to end-user.

  • Having knowledge about cloud platform (Azure, Amazon).

  • Ability to self-train on new technologies.

  • Able to communicate in English.

  • A certificate of CCNA/MCSA is an advantage.
