ABOUT THE TEAM

  • We are looking for an enthusiastic and experienced Integration Platform Lead to join our team! This is a vital role where you will design and lead the development of powerful integration solutions across digital banking, ensuring our systems communicate seamlessly and efficiently. WE ARE LOOKING FOR A PERSON, WHO WILL

 

  • Team Leadership & Collaboration: Lead and mentor a team of integration engineers. Work closely with other departments, such as product team, and operations, to support cross-functional projects.

  • Lead Solution Design: Architect, design, and implement integration solutions, ensuring they are scalable, secure, and high-performing. Collaborate with stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into effective technical solutions.

  • Define Integration Strategy: Develop and execute a comprehensive integration strategy that aligns with our business goals and technology roadmap.

  • Oversee Platform Management: Manage the integration platform, including monitoring, troubleshooting, and optimizing performance. Ensure systems run smoothly and securely at all times.

  • Ensure Security & Compliance: Maintain compliance with industry standards and regulations, implementing security measures to protect data integrity and privacy.

A POTENTIAL CANDIDATE WILL HAVE 

Must-have:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field.

  • 8+ years of IT integration experience, with 2+ years in a lead role

  • Proven experience with AWS services and their application in integration scenarios.

  • Proven experience with WSO2, MuleSoft, and Kong for API design and development.

  • Strong knowledge of OAuth2 implementations and API security.

  • Proficiency in programming languages (Java or Python) and Agile project management.

  • Solid experience in leading and managing a small team, fostering a collaborative environment that encourages innovation and accountability

  • Actively support team members’ growth through guidance and feedback

  • Strong problem-solving skills, a proactive attitude toward learning, and a curious mindset

  • Effective communication skills to motivate and engage cross-functional teams.

 

Nice to have:

  • API design and modeling (Swagger)

  • Middleware and enterprise service bus (ESB) solutions

  • Knowledge of compliance standards (PCI DSS, GDPR)

  • TOGAF

  • AWS Certified Solutions Architect
