FRONT-END DEVELOPER (NON-SENIOR)

ABOUT THE JOB

  • We are looking for a Front-end Developer to join our product development team in HR Tech sector.

  • Objectives

    • Make sure the design is transformed properly into reality.

    • Build a structure of front-end for a long-term development of the product.

    • Release the workload of our back-end developer and let him focus on his expertise.

 

WE ARE LOOKING FOR A PERSON, WHO WILL​

  • Participate in Scrum events.

  • Implement the changes on user interface in collaboration with the Scrum team.

  • Fix bug.

  • Setup and measure the usability of the features using proper method (log, event tracking, etc…)

  • Give your input about the design and feasibility of the new / maintenance feature in terms of technical perspective.

  • Collaborate with other developers to plan technical related tasks (refactoring, performance boost, re-organize code structure, etc...)

  • Contribute to the product’s knowledge management by writing document or developer guide in English.

 

A POTENTIAL CANDIDATE WILL HAVE

  • 1-year to 2-year experience as Front-end Developer

  • Must have a solid command of JavaScript, HTML/CSS, SCSS/Less Style

  • Hands-on experience in web application

  • Have knowledge about Git

  • Basic English capability in reading and writing

  • Have passion in front-end development track

  • A detail-oriented and careful person

  • Eager to self-study and do research

  • Nice to have knowledge about:

    • Angular/ ReactJS

    • NodeJS

    • Docker

    • NestJS

    • Flutter

    • Scrum

    • Domain knowledge: HR, Recruitment, Education, CRM
