  • Our development team does Agile software development, with 2-weeks sprints and seasonal releases.

  • We also have a technical support team, who work directly with end-users on specific case requirements.

  • You will play a super important role that focuses mostly on platform development and technical support, over product development.

  • Report to the Team Leader. Work directly with the Technical Leader, and the Head of Development Team.

  • What will you do in Platform Development?

    • Deploying, monitoring, and controlling of the production environment.

    • Analyzing and designing the technical solution for different platform and infrastructure features.

    • Developing the Proof of Concept for different technical challenges and opportunities.

  • What are the Technical Support's main tasks?

    • Providing technical support for different customers (end-users) on processing data and API integration.

    • Developing tools/processes for handling the technical case more effectively.

  • And you also do the work in Product Development:

    • Participating in Product Backlog Refinement meetings to contribute to developing the Product Backlog.

    • Communicating the business domain, logical, exceptional rules, and behaviours of the platform.

    • Self-organizing and defining the progress transparency, participating in the Sprint Planning meeting and Release Planning meeting to plan with the team.

    • Working with your colleagues, including Product Specialists, Developers, QCs, Team Leader on a daily sprint.

    • Developing features and enhancements on existing products based on refined product backlog items.​



  • Have the ability to quickly master challenging technical problems.

  • Must have strong experience with:

    • MS SQL.​

    • .NET Framework, .NET Core (to .NET 5) and ASP.NET MVC, API, and WCF.

    • JavaScript.

    • Infrastructure: Microsoft IIS.

  • Experienced with:

    • DevOps with pipeline as code.

    • Azure Cloud.

  • Efficient troubleshooting skills and problem-solving skills.

  • A ruthless commitment to testing the code you have written.

  • Understand and practice Technical Excellence.


  • Excellent communication skills using English and Video conference.

  • At minimum 4 years of experience as a Software Developer with business as the usual production environment.
