  • We manage around 100 employees across a variety of software development teams for prestigious companies in Norway, such as Upheads AS, Onix AS, Wellbarrier AS, and many more.

  • Our core concept is to set up/manage different software teams for global clients and our managers are therefore highly skilled with many years of experience in both the Norwegian and Vietnamese markets.

WE ARE LOOKING FOR A PERSON WHO WILL

  • Lead and mentor a team of DevOps engineers, providing guidance and support to ensure the successful execution of projects and tasks.

  • Develop and implement DevOps strategies and best practices, focusing on continuous integration, continuous delivery, and automated deployment processes.

  • Collaborate with development and operations teams to define and streamline the software development lifecycle, ensuring smooth transitions between development, testing, staging, and production environments.

  • Monitor and analyze system performance, identify bottlenecks, and implement solutions to optimize application and infrastructure performance.

  • Manage and maintain cloud infrastructure ( Azure) and orchestration tools (e.g., Kubernetes, Docker) to support scalable and highly available deployments.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the successful delivery of projects within agreed timelines and quality standards.

  • Speak up when solutions are not ideal and communicate suggested solutions to cross-functional pairs.  

  • Ability to work independently because you are the first brick of the team, with many opportunities but also many challenges.  

  • A true team player with effective communication and interpersonal skills. 

A POTENTIAL CANDIDATE WILL HAVE

  • At least 2 years of experience as a DevOps team leader

  • 3+ years of systems architecture of Kubernetes platforms.

  • Kubernetes Orchestration and Configuration Management: Azure AKS, Rancher, ArgoCD, Docker Compose, Docker

  • Languages/Technologies: Bash, NodeJS, Yaml, Helm, Terraform…

  • Databases: Mongo, Postgres, HBase, Kafka, GraphQL...

  • Command-Line Management: Azure CLI, Argocd…

  • Automation & CI/CD: Github/Gitlab,  Jenkins, CodeFresh…

  • Public Cloud Platforms: Azure, AWS and Google IAAS/PAAS, Serverless…

  • Data Logging, Visualization and Analysis: Grafana, Prometheus + node exporter, ELK Stack, NewRelic…

  • Security, Identity, and Compliance: Twistlock (Prisma), Azure/AWS WAF, IAM, ACM, KMS, SG’s, Active Directory

  • Networking & Content Delivery: HTTP/HTTPS, TCP/IP, VPC, ELB, ALB, NLB, Route53…
