RESPONSIBILITIES

​​

  • CodeIT shall build a team of frontline soldiers as part of the further expansion in Vietnam and thereafter in surrounding countries (ASEAN).

  • Here is the job for you:

  • Be the focal point to provide customer support after commissioning, remote, and on-site.

  • Assist the Sales Team during the site survey and pre-study.

  • Cooperate with the R&D Team during software configuration and site installation.

  • In charge of the design/planning/purchasing of hardware and network infrastructure.

YOUR SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

 

  • Graduated in Mechatronics, Automation or Electrical engineering.

  • Good at communication using English, ability to communicate with the customer directly via email, conference calls.

  • Good at MS. Excel, Word, PowerPoint.

  • Ability in the root-cause analysis.

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

  • Willingness to travel.

NICE TO HAVE

 

  • Experience in working in production facilities, preferably F&B, FMCG.

  • Knowledge in basic PLC programming, I/O devices.

  • Knowledge in MS SQL Server and stored procedures.

  • Experience in MS. Visio. MS. Project.

  • Knowledge of hardware (printer, scanner...) testing.

  • Knowledge of Auto-ID and traceability systems.
