ABOUT THE JOB

  • We are looking for a junior Compensation & Benefits Executive to join our HR team. The ideal candidate will assist in managing and administering our employee compensation and benefits programs, ensuring they are effective and aligned with our company policies and goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • System Administration: Assist in operating HRM system accurately and efficiently for all end-users. Regularly update and troubleshoot the system to maintain high service standards.

  • Compensation Administration: Assist in processing employee salaries, bonuses, and other payments accurately and on time.

  • Benefits Management: Assist in managing employee benefits programs, including health insurance, incentive programs, and other perks.

  • Data Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of employee compensation and benefits.

  • Compliance: Ensure all compensation and benefits programs comply with relevant laws and regulations.

  • Reporting: Assist in preparing reports related to compensation and benefits for internal use and external audits.

  • Process Improvement: Suggest improvements to current compensation and benefits processes to enhance efficiency and employee satisfaction.

  • Employee Support: Respond to employee inquiries about compensation and benefits, providing clear and helpful information.

  • Vendor Management: Coordinate with external vendors providing compensation and benefits services to ensure smooth operations.

WE ARE LOOKING FOR A PERSON WHO CAN

 

Day-to-day tasks:

  • Assist with On-boarding and Off-boarding: Support the on-boarding and off-boarding processes by coordinating with HR mates and ensuring smooth transitions.

  • Maintain Employee Records: Help organize and update employee records in compliance with company policies and standards.

  • Assist with Reporting: Support the preparation and submission of periodic labor-related reports to relevant government agencies.

  • Insurance Tasks: Assist in monitoring the personnel list, processing additions and removals, and supporting insurance claims payments.

  • Payroll Support: Help collect information for monthly salary calculations and assist in the processing of payroll and related deductions.

  • Contract Management: Assist in updating and executing employment contracts, contract renewals, and addenda.

  • Benefit Enrollment: Support the enrollment process for employee insurance, health insurance packages, and benefit programs.

  • Employee Support: Serve as a point of contact for employees regarding benefits-related questions and issues.

 

A POTENTIAL CANDIDATE WILL HAVE

 

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree

  • Experience: Up to 2 years of experience in HR, preferably in compensation and benefits.

  • Skills and abilities:

- Basic understanding of compensation and benefits principles

- Strong attention to detail and accuracy

- Good problem-solving skills

- Good communication with customer service mindset

- Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel

- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information

- Eagerness to learn and develop in the HR field.

- Team player with a positive attitude.

- Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize tasks.

- Intermediate English proficiency.
