ABOUT THE JOB

  • The CnB Executive is responsible for managing and maintaining the HRM system, administering employee compensation and benefits programs, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations, and serving as a key liaison between employees and management. You will involve in collaborating with stakeholders, partners, analyzing market trends, and effectively communicating with employees to ensure their needs are met.

Key Responsibilities:

HRM System Administration:

  • Maintain HRM System: Ensure the HRM system operates accurately and efficiently for all end-users. Regularly update and troubleshoot the system to maintain high service standards.

  • Collaborate with Partners: Work closely with outsourcing partners to enhance the HRM system's features, improving overall effectiveness and user satisfaction.

Compensation & Benefits Administration:

  • Administer Programs: Manage employee compensation and benefits programs, ensuring they are accurate and delivered on time.

  • Monitor Trends and Feedback: Actively gather and analyze employee feedback, along with market and industry trends, to ensure compensation and benefits are competitive and aligned with company values.

  • Ensure Compliance: Ensure all compensation and benefits programs comply with relevant laws and regulations.

Employee Communication and Support:

  • Inform and Clarify: Communicate effectively with employees about their compensation and benefits, making complex issues understandable.

  • Respond and Resolve: Address employee inquiries and resolve issues related to compensation and benefits promptly and effectively.

  • Liaison Role: Serve as a liaison between employees and management, advocating for employee needs while considering broader organizational objectives.

WE ARE LOOKING FOR A PERSON WHO CAN

 

Day-to-day tasks:

HRM System Administration:

  • Monitor and handle the on-boarding process, off-boarding process, attendance update, and benefit registration processes on the HRM System.

  • Collaborate and guide the relevant parties to ensure timely and proper implementations.

  • Notify the relevant parties to promptly address any issues that arise during the use and development of the HRM System features.

  • Be the main contact point when working with System provider.

Compensation & Benefits Administration:

  • Maintain, organize, and update employee records complying with company policies and standards.

  • Prepare and submit periodic labor-related reports to the relevant government agencies.

  • Perform compulsory insurance-related tasks such as monitoring the personnel list, processing additions and removals, and handling insurance claims payments.

  • Collect information related to the calculation of monthly salaries, and ensure the accurate and timely processing of payroll and related deductions.

  • Monitor, update, and execute the signing of employment contracts, contract renewals, and addenda to employment contracts between employees and the company.

  • Proceed with the enrollment of employee insurance, health insurance packages, and benefit programs.

  • Serve as the main point of contact for employees regarding benefits-related questions and issues.

  • Regularly review industry benchmarking data and trends to assess the competitiveness of the company's compensation and benefits programs, analyze data and make recommendations to management where necessary.

  • Stay up-to-date with changes in labor laws, regulations, and tax requirements related to compensation and benefits to consult the management with necessary changes or revisions of company policies.

  • Collaborate with the legal and finance departments to address any compliance issues or concerns.

A POTENTIAL CANDIDATE WILL HAVE

 

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

  • Over 2 years of experience in HR compensation and benefits administration.

  • Dedicated to Compensation & Benefits/ Total rewards.

  • Strong knowledge of HRM systems and related technologies.

  • Possess growth mindset, systematic mindset, and analytical thinking.

  • Good communication skills, with a customer service orientation.

  • Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and professionalism.

  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

  • Ability to work collaboratively with internal stakeholders and external partners.

  • Upper Intermediate English proficiency.
