  • The House of Norway was established in 2007 and is a Norwegian company based in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam.

  • We manage around 80 employees across a variety of software development teams for prestigious companies in Norway such as Upheads AS, Onix AS, Wellbarrier AS, and many more.

  • Our core concept is to set up/manage different software teams for global clients and our managers are therefore highly skilled with many years of experience in both the Norwegian and Vietnamese markets.

WE ARE LOOKING FOR A PERSON, WHO WILL​

​

  • Analyze, design, develop, deploy and maintain a robust, interactive and user-friendly Android application

  • Create prototypes to explore design ideas and support testing

  • Work in Mobile App team, and co-ordinate with Cloud Team, Design Team and Business

​

A POTENTIAL CANDIDATE WILL HAVE

 

  • Degree in Computer Science or related discipline

  • Minimum 3 years of relevant experience with native Android mobile application development

  • Strong knowledge of programming concepts, object-oriented programming and reactive programming

  • Extensive hands-on development experience in Java / Kotlin, Material Design and Android Studio

  • Excellent work attitude, strong problem solving skills, strong sense of responsibility, strong critical thinking, interpersonal and communication skills

  • Experience within a start-up environment is an advantage

  • Fluent in written and spoken English

  • Fluent in written and spoken Cantonese & Mandarin is plus
